  • We may require proof of ownership/authorization before service (ID, registration, etc.).
  • We can refuse service if something feels unsafe, illegal, or unclear.

Agreement

By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Website Use

  • Do not misuse the site (spam, hacking, scraping, or abuse).
  • Do not submit false info or impersonate someone.
  • Content is provided “as-is” and may be updated anytime.

2) Service Requests

When you call/text/submit a request, you agree to provide accurate details about your situation (vehicle, lock, location, and ownership).

  • We may ask for proof of ownership/authorization before or during service.
  • Some jobs require additional diagnostics and cannot be guaranteed remotely.
  • Time estimates are approximate and depend on conditions.
Safety first: If a situation feels unsafe or illegal, we may decline service.

3) Estimates & Pricing

  • Phone/text estimates are based on the info you provide.
  • Final pricing may change if details differ (wrong year/model, aftermarket parts, extra labor, damaged locks, etc.).
  • Some services require non-refundable parts or special items once ordered/cut.

Tip: The fastest accurate quote is: year/make/model + your location + what happened (lost all keys, lockout, fob not detected, etc.).

4) Cancellations & No-Show

  • If you cancel, please do it ASAP so we don’t drive for nothing.
  • If a technician is already en route, a trip/service fee may apply.
  • No-shows may be charged a trip/service fee (time + fuel).

5) Limitations of Liability

We work carefully and professionally, but results can depend on existing conditions (worn locks, aftermarket alarms, vehicle electronics, prior damage, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage not caused by our work.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses (lost time, missed appointments, towing fees, etc.).
  • Some outcomes cannot be guaranteed (especially with complex electronic systems).

6) Warranty & Returns

  • Warranty (if any) depends on the service/part and will be explained during the job.
  • Electronic keys/fobs can be sensitive to water, impact, or aftermarket programming limits.
  • Cut keys and special-ordered parts may be non-returnable.
