Locked your keys in the car?
Keys on the seat. Fob in the cup holder. Door clicked at the worst moment. If the keys are still in the vehicle, this is an unlock job — not automatically a new key.
What to have ready
We are not going to publish how entry is performed. Stay with the car if it is safe. The useful information is where you are and whether this is keys-inside or keys-gone.
- City and a landmark or cross street (store name, lot, driveway)
- Make of the vehicle if you know it — year/model helps if the keys are actually lost
- Whether the keys are visible inside, in the trunk, or you are no longer sure
- Whether a child, pet, or running engine is involved
Lockout vs lost keys
Locked out with keys inside is one path. Lost the keys entirely is another. Mixing them up wastes a trip. If you cannot see the keys and you are not sure they are in the car, say that. We would rather sort it in a text than show up for the wrong job.
What we will not put on a website
No bypass tutorials, no tool lists, no “how to open your car with a…” content. If you need the door open, call or text. If you want a new key because nothing is inside, use all keys lost or car key replacement.
Questions people ask before they call
The keys are in the ignition and the doors are locked.
That is a common lockout. Stay with the vehicle if you can and tell us the city plus a landmark.
Will you break a window?
Unlocking without damage is the goal. We are not in the business of smashing glass to look busy.
What if I actually lost the keys, not locked them in?
Then you may need a replacement key, not only an unlock. Tell us that up front.
