Locked out of the house?
Door shut, keys inside, or the only house key is gone. This is a home lockout — not a car job, and not a rekey unless you decide you also need the locks changed after you are in.
What to have ready
- The city and a way to describe the place (street is fine in a private text — we do not publish addresses on this site)
- Proof you belong there when we arrive
- Whether a window or another door is actually an option you already have, so we are not duplicating a simple access you forgot
- Whether this is an apartment with a manager who can already let you in
After you are inside
If the keys are gone for good, you may want a rekey so the missing keys stop working. That is a separate decision. Getting the door open and changing which key works are not the same service.
What we will not explain here
No picking walkthroughs, no bypass instructions, no “how to open a deadbolt with…” content. If you need in, contact us. If you do not have a right to the property, do not call.

Do I need to be the homeowner?
We need a reasonable showing that you have a right to enter. If it is a rental, be ready to explain that when we meet.
Should I rekey after a lockout?
Only if keys are missing or you no longer trust who has a copy. Getting in and rekeying are separate jobs.
